Homemade Peppermint Ice Cream

Ingredients
  

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 1/2 c sugar
  • 6 c milk
  • 4 c heavy cream
  • 2 T vanilla
  • 1/2 t salt
  • crushed candy cane or peppermints optional

Instructions
 

  • Whisk all ingredients together in bowl
  • pour into favorite ice cream maker and freeze according to directions on your maker.
