boil potatoes in water until fork tender
reserve potato water and mash potatoes with fork
stir yeast into warm water according to yeast direction temperature and let dissolve
add in the salt, sugar, potatoes, eggs, and oil
after all bended together, start adding in flour slowly and kneading until smooth and all combined. leave dough a tad sticky
cover with loose towel and place in warm place for dough to rise until double in size.
punch down once doubled. and let rest until doubled again.
punch down for the 2nd time and now you can make into your roll of choice.
let rise once more in baking dish of your choice.
bake 400 until browned. Enjoy
