2 Step Fry Bread

  • Frozen dough ( I usually buy Rhodes dinner rolls)
  • Vegetable Oil
Instructions
  1. Grease a bowl and dump as many rolls as you will need into the bowl to thaw and rise. I usually do this first thing in the morning.
  2. Cover with a towel and let set for the day
  3. When time to cook, the dough should be thawed and doubled in size
  4. Pour grease into a pan or electric skillet and bring up to 350 degrees- OR- if you don't want to "fry" you can simply bake too :)
  5. Grab a ball of dough and flatten out like a pancake.
  6. Either place in the grease, flipping over once brown on each side- OR- place on a baking sheet and bake at 375 degrees until brown.
  7. Serve the fry bread with my Simple Vanilla Buttercream Frosting
