5 Minute No-Bake Energy Protein Balls

Ingredients
  • 1 c. oatmeal
  • ½ c. peanut butter (or other nut butter)
  • ⅓ c. honey
  • 1 c. coconut, shredded
  • ½ c. flaxseed/chia seed
  • ½ c. mini/regular chocolate chips
  • 1 t. vanilla
Instructions
  1. Throw all ingredients into a bowl and mix with a sturdy wooden spoon.
  2. If you don't mind getting a little dirty you can dig in with your hands to mix.
  3. After all mixed together well, grab a scoop or spoon and start rolling into individual balls.
  4. Place in a baggie or airtight container- they wont last long :)
  5. Now eat all you want- they are healthy right?
