5 Minute No-Bake Energy Protein Balls
- 1 c. oatmeal
- ½ c. peanut butter (or other nut butter)
- ⅓ c. honey
- 1 c. coconut, shredded
- ½ c. flaxseed/chia seed
- ½ c. mini/regular chocolate chips
- 1 t. vanilla
- Throw all ingredients into a bowl and mix with a sturdy wooden spoon.
- If you don't mind getting a little dirty you can dig in with your hands to mix.
- After all mixed together well, grab a scoop or spoon and start rolling into individual balls.
- Place in a baggie or airtight container- they wont last long :)
- Now eat all you want- they are healthy right?
