Orange Marmalade Pork Chops
- 1 c. Orange Marmalade
- ¼ c. Dijon Mustard
- ¼ c. honey
- 2 T. Olive/ Vegetable oil
- 2 T. soy sauce
- 1 T. dried or minced onion
- Salt and pepper
- 4 cloves Garlic or 1 T. minced
- 8 pork chops, boneless or bone-in
- Label your 2 Gallon freezer bags "Orange Marmalade Pork Chops"
- In a bowl whisk together first 7 ingredients.
- Mince garlic if using fresh and add to mixture.
- Poke holes in pork chops with a fork (This helps tenderize and opens meat up for the marinade to flavor all the way through the meat)
- To Prepare:
- Defrost ( I usually try and decide on Sunday what we are having for dinner for the week and place in a 9x13 pan to defrost in the refrigerator)
- To cook you can either place in crockpot on low for about 4 hours (my porkchops were pretty thin so it didn't take a second longer than 4 hours).
- Or
- Place in a baking dish with the juice and bake 375 degrees for about 20-25 minutes or until done since time will vary on the thickness of your chops.
