Orange Marmalade Pork Chops
 
 
These unique flavored pork chops are super easy- to throw several together at one time to stick in the freezer for those busy nights.

Ingredients
  • 1 c. Orange Marmalade
  • ¼ c. Dijon Mustard
  • ¼ c. honey
  • 2 T. Olive/ Vegetable oil
  • 2 T. soy sauce
  • 1 T. dried or minced onion
  • Salt and pepper
  • 4 cloves Garlic or 1 T. minced
  • 8 pork chops, boneless or bone-in
Instructions
  1. Label your 2 Gallon freezer bags "Orange Marmalade Pork Chops"
  2. In a bowl whisk together first 7 ingredients.
  3. Mince garlic if using fresh and add to mixture.
  4. Poke holes in pork chops with a fork (This helps tenderize and opens meat up for the marinade to flavor all the way through the meat)
  5. To Prepare:
  6. Defrost ( I usually try and decide on Sunday what we are having for dinner for the week and place in a 9x13 pan to defrost in the refrigerator)
  7. To cook you can either place in crockpot on low for about 4 hours (my porkchops were pretty thin so it didn't take a second longer than 4 hours).

  9. Place in a baking dish with the juice and bake 375 degrees for about 20-25 minutes or until done since time will vary on the thickness of your chops.
