Ingredients
  • Pizza Dough (click here for recipe)
  • Garlic Butter Sauce (click here for recipe)
  • Shredded Chicken ( I use chicken I have already cooked in my freezer for a super quick meat topping-click here to see previous post)
  • Buffalo Sauce
  • Ranch Dressing
  • Shredded Cheese(I prefer Cheddar or Colby Jack)
  • Celery, Finely Diced
  • Carrott, juilienned(1/8 inch slices for you foodies who like French terminology or just also dice if that's easiest)
  • Red Onion, sliced or diced
Instructions
  1. *Make the garlic butter sauce and brush on your parbaked crust before placing toppings on. This garlic butter gives the crust incredible flavor and crispness.
  2. Then place the shredded, cooked chicken all over your crust( if you already have some in your freezer this can be a huge time saver). Next, drizzle with buffalo sauce and ranch dressing. Be sure to use plenty of buffalo and ranch dressing, keeping in mind that this is your sauce for your pizza and if you skimp on this step the result could be a dry pizza. :(
  3. Last but not least....CHEESE. Smother in enough cheese that you can't see the ingredients below. At least that is how I do it. Can you ever have enough cheese???
  4. Bake in oven at 425 degree oven until toppings are melty goodness! Don't forget to top off your cooked pizza with celery and carrots. This takes the pizza to a whole new level. I like to finely dice and slice mine, but you can do whatever makes your tastebuds say "WOW." Enjoy!
