Life Saving Nachos
- Ground Beef, Taco Meat, or Chicken
- Refried Beans
- Black Beans
- Sour Cream ( I use plain Greek yogurt)
- Shredded Cheese or Mexican Cheese (Queso Fresco)
- Olives, jalapeno, Tomato, Onion
- Chips(tortilla, Doritos, etc.)
- Guacamole
- Layer a thin layer of chips on a foil covered sheet tray
- sprinkle liberally with your favorite cheese
- layer more cheese and repeat with chips
- toast in oven or melt in microwave until cheese is melted and gooey
- Top with all the finishing touches, more cheese, tomato, onion, etc.
- Melt again if neccessary and Enjoy :)
