Basic Mini Donuts with Simple Buttercream Frosting

Ingredients
  • Vanilla Donuts:
  • 1 c. flour
  • ½ c. sugar
  • 1 T. baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • ½ c. milk
  • ½ t. vanilla
  • 4 T. cooking oil
  • Frosting:
  • 1 stick butter, room temp
  • 1 T. vanilla
  • Splash of milk
  • Powdered sugar
Instructions
  1. Stir dry ingredients together.
  2. Add wet ingredients and beat until thick and well combined.
  3. Cook in a mini donut maker or waffle iron. Spraying with cooking spray every other time.
  4. For frosting in a bowl mix all ingredients until creamy whipped consistency.
  5. Serve donuts warm dipped or smothered in frosting.
