Cheese Soup

Ingredients
  • 3 c. diced potatoes
  • ¾ c. diced celery
  • ¾ c. diced carrots
  • ¼ c. diced, onions
  • 3 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 3-4 T flour
  • 1 quart milk
  • 1 lb. velveeta cheese, diced
  • Real bacon bits
Instructions
  1. Cook the first 5 ingredients in as little water as possible until tender.
  2. Add in flour until incorporated
  3. Add in milk and cheese until melted
  4. Garnish with parsley if desired
  5. Enjoy!
