shredded cheese of your choice(mozzarella, parmesan, cheddar, Colby jack)
I know, I know, you are wondering how much of each item! But remember a recipe is a guideline- add-then taste-add-then taste! I also like to do my recipes this way so you can simply cook as much or as little as you would like!
Instructions
Brown your meat. If you can, I love the mixture of hamburger and pork sausage in any Italian dish or chili!(It's a secret tho, so shhhhh)
Cook your noodles according to package directions. Add in your tomato sauce. If you use 1 bag of noodles you'll probably need 1-2 big cans of tomato sauce(depending on how much sauce you like, or just simply use a can of spaghetti sauce).
Add in a tablespoon or so of sugar, and your Italian seasoning(adding until you get enough flavor).
You can either serve right out of the pan if you want it to be a one-pot wonder or you can spread in a 9x13 dish, sprinkle with cheese, and place under broiler until nice and bubbly!!!!
