Easy 2 Step Fried Rice
 
 
This Quick and Easy 2 Step Fried Rice wont have your family wanting to eat out it is that good!

Ingredients
  • Rice, cooked
  • soy sauce
  • Mixed vegetables (peas and carrots)
  • eggs
Instructions
  1. Add olive oil or butter to a skillet over Medium High Heat
  2. Add your frozen veggies, as much or as little as you like it doesn't have to be precise.
  3. Saute veggies for a couple minutes until the veggies have some color and have carmelized a little.
  4. Then add in as much or as little cooked rice as you like.
  5. Add a couple splashes of soy sauce and saute rice with veggies for a few minutes or until soy really cooks into the rice.
  6. Next either remove the rice from the pan to cook the eggs
  7. OR
  8. Move the rice to the outer parts of the pan forming a well in the center of the pan to scramble
  9. and cook the eggs.
  10. Last, incorporate the cooked eggs with the rice.
