Spin Dip Stuffed Baguette

A party favorite Spin Dip is stuffed into a baguette and then smothered in garlic butter.

Ingredients
  • 1-8oz. package cream cheese
  • 1 can artichoke hearts
  • ½ bag fresh spinach OR 1 frozen box of spinach
  • ½ c. parmesan cheese
  • ½ c. mayo
  • 2 T. chopped fresh basil OR 1 t. dried basil
  • 2 T. finely chopped red onion, optional
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ c. chopped tomato, optional
  • 1 baguette
  • 3 T. melted butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced OR garlic powder OR garlic salt
  • sprinkle of parsley, optional
Instructions
  1. Add the first 9 ingredients to a microwave safe bowl
  2. Microwave for 1-2 minutes until cream cheese is soft and you can easily mix together.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Cut your baguette into 4 sections
  5. Next, running your knife into the middle of the bread try to hollow out the center of the baguette
  6. Then, using a spoon, stuff the spin dip mix into the hollow bread
  7. Next, using a serated knife slice the bread into ¾ inch- 1 inch sections
  8. Place on foil
  9. Melt your 3 T. butter and add in garlic and parsley
  10. Brush over the bread
  11. Wrap the bread with foil
  12. Bake 350 degrees for about 15-20 minutes
  13. Enjoy
