Crock-Pot Creamy Italian Chicken Over Pasta

Ingredients
  • 1 bottle of Italian dressing
  • 1 pkg. of Italian salad dressing mix
  • 2-8oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cans cream of chicken or mushroom
  • 3-4 pounds skinless boneless chicken breast or thighs
  • Shredded cheese, optional
Instructions
  1. Whisk all ingredients together except the chicken.
  2. Divide mixture into 2 baggies (approximately 3 cups each). Divide your chicken into the 2 bags
  3. Press air out, label with permanent marker, lay flat, and freeze!
  4. When ready to cook. Defrost contents of bag.
  5. Place in crock pot on low for 3-4 hours or until chicken is cooked through(degrees). Or, bake in a shallow dish at 350 for about 45 min. to an hour or until chicken is cooked.
  6. Once cooked, sprinkle with cheese and place under broiler for a few minutes until lightly browned. Yummy!
  7. Serve over pasta, with a side salad and garlic toast.
