3-4 pounds skinless boneless chicken breast or thighs
Shredded cheese, optional
Instructions
Whisk all ingredients together except the chicken.
Divide mixture into 2 baggies (approximately 3 cups each). Divide your chicken into the 2 bags
Press air out, label with permanent marker, lay flat, and freeze!
When ready to cook. Defrost contents of bag.
Place in crock pot on low for 3-4 hours or until chicken is cooked through(degrees). Or, bake in a shallow dish at 350 for about 45 min. to an hour or until chicken is cooked.
Once cooked, sprinkle with cheese and place under broiler for a few minutes until lightly browned. Yummy!
Serve over pasta, with a side salad and garlic toast.
