The Ultimate Marinated Pork Tenderloins
- Pork Tenderloin cut into about ½- 1 inch slices
- Teryaki Sauce
- Water
- Country Blend Seasoning (local seasoning sold only in Iowa stores but can order by phone at (712)464-3661)
- Hoagie Rolls
- butter
- honey
- tomato, lettuce, onion, mustard, ketchup
- Slice your pork tenderloin to about ½-1 inch slices- or better yet have your butcher do this for you :)
- Next, get out your meat mallot and start tenderizing each piece of pork until about ¼ to ½ inch thin.
- Mix equal parts Teryaki sauce with equal parts water
- Next, add in enough Country Blend Seasoning to taste- this usually requires probably at least 1 full bottle.
- Add in tenderized pieces of pork and let marinate for the day, or better yet a few days!
- To prepare fire up that grill and get them a cooking!
- In the meantime, mix up your softened butter with a little honey and more Country Blend.
- Next slice your hoagie buns if they aren't already
- Slather with the butter mixture and place on a skillet to toast the inside of the bun--(are you guys excited yet???)
- Last, assemble your sandwich with all your desired fixings on your toasty bun :)
