Quick Sesame Chicken

Ingredients
  • Popcorn chicken or chicken breasts, cubed & cooked
  • ½ c. honey
  • ¼ c. soy sauce
  • 2 T. dried onion flakes
  • 2 T. ketchup
  • 1 T. sesame oil
  • 1 t. garlic, minced
  • 2 t. cornstarch
  • 3 T. water
  • sesame seeds, optional
Instructions
  1. Bake popcorn chicken according to package instructions.
  2. While chicken is baking add honey, soy, onion, ketchup, oil, and garlic into a saucepan and bring to a boil, being sure you are stirring occasionally.
  3. While that is coming to a boil mix your cornstarch and water in a separate small glass bowl.
  4. Once sauce has been boiling for a few seconds add in the cornstarch water mixture.
  5. Stirring, mixture will start to thicken.
  6. If mixture is too thick add a little water.
  7. Once chicken is cooked while still hot toss in the sauce.
